A-1 The bulldog grips should be
fitted to wire ropes, as shown in Fig.1 and not shown in
Fig.2 The bridge of the grip should invariably be fitted
on the working part of the rope, and the U-bolt on the
rope tail or dead end of the rope. Grips should not
alternate in position on the rope.
