We provide in house testing facility to test wire ropes upto 51/2 'diameters in any length for its break/proof load values, attached with any kind of fittings at one end. Either it can be a Thimbled Eye or Socketed Eye. We have installed special wire rope Grippers of LUCKER (USA). Which can take the proof load values of the above end fittings without creating permanent fracture or Klink at the other end. Liftechnique is the only company in India with such exclusive facilities.

Grommet & Endless Slings
 
APPLICATIONS FOR GROMMET
1) Grommet Slings can be fabricated in very short circumference. The reason is this: Grommet Slings are made from one continous length of strand or wire rope. This requires only one tuck-in point as compared with the six tuck-in points needed to manufacture an endless sling.
2) A grommet consists of an endless rope having 6/1 construction & is used where high ultimate breaking strength of the rope is required beyond the limits of a single part rope.
